Sorry for not updating more regularly! 
We have had a very busy but lovely beginning of the year. Mirabelle makes us laugh everyday and we are always so happy to hear news from Buddy!
CRUFTS was lovely and despite Nova being qualified, we left her home as she has not quite grown back her coat since the pups (it's slowly but surely coming back... very slowly though!)
Mirabelle, Nova, Buddy and Rupert (and Uncle Felix) are all entered in a show in April so I will post some reunion pictures then :)...

The girls and ourselves would like first to wish you all a lovely Christmas and a very happy New Year!!!


 Nova came with us in France whilst Mirabelle stayed on holiday with family members here in London.
When we came back, we took Mirabelle and Nova to Wales. On the way we stopped to visit Buddy.
It was really great to see them all play together, they hit it off instantly and had a lovely time.

On Saturday, Buddy was collected by his new family. It was quite hard to see him go but it was also so great to see how happy his family was to finally take him home.
Here is a picture of the kids and Buddy in the car before setting off.

Buddy is really enjoying his new garden and seem to have settled really well in his new home.


I feel so lucky that we found such a great home for him and I am looking forward to see his progress in his new home.

The pups are growing fast! 6 weeks already and in 2 weeks Buddy will be going to his home.

Both pups are adorable and full of life. I am having endless fun with them and is enjoying every moments. Nova is a cracking mum attentive, playful and gentle.

Nova gave birth on Friday to her 3 puppies. Unfortunately the first one was stillborn. It was a really sad and scary moment as we feared the worse for the remaining pups and for Nova.
But we were allowed to forget about our pain very soon with the arrival of both the lovely Mirabelle and the handsome BuddyBear. 
Mirabelle is smaller but really active, god she can scream! Even the vet said he had never seen a pup scream and crawl so fast literally as she was out!

Nova was successfully mated about a week ago. It all went extremely well. Obviously it is far too soon to tell if she is pregnant or not but we are hoping for the best.
We are planning to do a scan mid-august to confirm the pregnancy!!! How exciting!!!!

In the meantime, she is enjoying a lot of home training with her little sister Coffee. Here is our latest trick "over the dog":

It took just under 2 weeks to progressively introduce Nova to her new friend Coffee. We chose to do a progressive and positive introduction to maintain the cat's confidence and teach Nova to curb her chasing instinct.
After about 12 days, they were comfortable being together and this is a picture of them today during their first combined clicker training session this morning. Coffee is learning to sit and Nova is showing the way!

Just as we were taking Coffee the kitten home. Nova got into season. She surprised us a bit as she is a couple of weeks early. (This said it feels like we have been waiting for SO long).
We are now getting everything in place to make sure we succeed in producing a wonderful litter that should be born around mid September!
It is obviously still early days and we have many many obstacles along the way but we hope everyone will keep their fingers crossed for us!

Nova got a new "sister" a week ago. A wonderful and very fun tabby cat. We named her Coffee as she was found outside Starbucks and also because we couldn't agree on another name! :)
She is a really amazing cat and is not fazed by Nova's over enthusiastic nature! It is still early days and Nova is going through a lot of training to restrain her natural chasing instincts but we are making progresses every day.
This will be a great socialisation opportunity for the puppies too!
